1. Pallet Symposium Poland

Pallet Symposium Poland is a logistics event where professionals from industry, retail, logistics and technology discuss challenges and solutions with representatives of the pallet industry. Further information is available at https://palletsymposiumpoland.com.

Pallet Symposium Poland was founded by Olaf Oczkos. He is the publisher of Palettenreport.de, Gazetalogistyka.pl and Logistiknachrichten.de, the founder of Palettenring (palettenring.de), and the founder of the Pallet Symposium in Hamburg (www.palettensymposium.de).

2. Participation Fees

The participation fee is EUR 750.00 per ticket, plus applicable VAT.

Registration

Please register online at https://palletsymposiumpoland.com. Registration requires the following personal data: first name, surname, company, position, address and contact details (email address and telephone number), and tax / VAT identification number (NIP). We will send the registration confirmation and pro forma invoice to the email address provided during registration.

Services Included in the Participation Fee

Registration and payment of the participation fee include the following services:

• Attendance at all Pallet Symposium Poland presentations

• Access to the accompanying exhibition

• Event materials

• Participation in the networking dinner on the first day of the event

• Morning coffee break

• Lunch buffet

• Refreshments at the beverage stations

• Company listing on the website

3. Invoicing and Payment

The pro forma invoice will be sent to the contact details provided during registration. The invoice amount is due upon receipt and must be credited to the specified bank account within 14 days. Once payment has been received, you will receive your confirmation of participation and a copy of the VAT invoice by email. Your name badge will be issued during on-site registration.

4. Participant Management – Name Badge and Access Control

If you register during or immediately before the start of the event, your name badge will be issued directly at the on-site registration desk upon payment of the participation fee. The name badge grants access to the event area and must be worn visibly at all times. It may not be transferred to another person. Misuse of a name badge constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate exclusion from the event. We reserve the right to take further legal action, including claims for damages.

5. Hotel Room Block

We have reserved a room block for participants at the conference hotel. Rooms may be booked at special rates using the booking links provided. The special rates are available for one night before and one night after the event. The available booking period is from 21 to 24 March 2027.

According to the hotel, guests may cancel individual rooms free of charge up to three days before arrival. Payment is settled directly between the guest and the hotel.

6. Photography and Filming Rights

During the event, the organiser or third parties commissioned by the organiser may take photographs and make video recordings in which participants are identifiable. These recordings may be used for the organiser’s promotional purposes, particularly for publication online and in other media. By booking a ticket and attending the event, the participant agrees to the publication of photographs and videos in which they appear for the purposes stated above. The organiser holds the image and publication rights to the official recordings. Participants may take their own photographs. Video and audio recordings of the presentations are not permitted.

7. Data Protection

The organiser treats your data confidentially and processes it exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By registering, you accept these Terms and Conditions and specifically agree that photographs, video and audio recordings, as well as your event-related personal data, may be used for marketing and public relations purposes. You also agree that your data and the details of the company you provide may be published in the event’s participant directory, both online and in print, and on your name badge. Inclusion in the printed participant directory is only possible for registrations received by 15 March 2027, the editorial deadline.

Before the event, our sponsors will receive a participant list containing first and last names and the company provided during registration. Email addresses and telephone numbers will not be shared with sponsors. Further information is available in our privacy notice at https://palletsymposiumpoland.com/privacy-policy/.

8. Cancellation by Participants

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to olaf@palletsymposium.com. Cancellations received by 15 December 2026 are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee. For cancellations received on or after 16 December 2026, or in the event of non-attendance, the full participation fee will be charged. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be nominated in writing.

9. Other Provisions

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the invoice recipient. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme.
