The programme includes 14 presentations: 10 in Polish and 4 in English. Lounge Partners receive priority and a guaranteed speaking slot. Presentation Partner packages are available only if speaking slots remain open. The topic and content of every presentation are subject to the organiser’s approval.

Each presentation should provide practical knowledge, share experience, or present a case study. Purely promotional presentations are not permitted. The organiser has final approval of every presentation’s topic and content.

PRESENTATION PARTNER

A package for companies that want to share practical knowledge and present their experience to symposium participants.

The package includes:

a 2 × 1 m exhibition space;
a presentation on an agreed topic;
your company logo displayed on the event website and during the event;
two full-event tickets;
early access to the participant list.

This package is available only if speaking slots remain open. Lounge Partners receive priority when presentation slots are allocated.

EXHIBITION PARTNER

A package for companies that want to showcase their products, services, or technologies in person.

The package includes:

a 2 × 1 m exhibition space;
space for a roll-up banner;
your company logo displayed on the event website and during the event;
two full-event tickets;
early access to the participant list.

LOGO PARTNER

A package for companies that want to establish a presence and increase their brand visibility among event participants.

REQUEST A PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL

Tell us what you want to achieve: increase brand awareness, showcase a solution, speak on stage, or meet potential customers. Based on your objectives, we will prepare a partnership proposal tailored to your company’s needs.

Exhibition spaces and presentation slots are limited. Every presentation must demonstrate tangible business value and meet at least one of three criteria: save time, reduce costs, or achieve both. The presentation’s topic and content are subject to the organiser’s approval. Purely promotional presentations are not permitted.

Presentations prepared jointly with a customer offer the greatest value. Invite your customer to join you on stage and showcase a real project, the results achieved, and the practical experience gained. In such cases, we limit editorial involvement and additional content review to the essential minimum.

Places are allocated in the order in which confirmed applications are received.
